Rescue511 began with a simple observation: tow operators were being sent to ghost calls. Pins were wrong, reports were stale, nobody knew if a job was already taken, and a light-duty wheel-lift would get dispatched to a jackknifed tractor-trailer.
We rebuilt the feed around evidence. Multiple independent sources, weighted by reputation, fused into one scored lead with a real age timeline, a human-readable location, an estimated value — and vehicle profiles so the platform understands exactly what your fleet can do. Then we opened it up to emergency services running the same problem with ambulances, fire apparatus and rescue units.
